On Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 10:00 AM CT our new Online Banking site went live. In order to access your account on or after this date please follow the steps listed below:
1. You will now enter your User ID and Password on the same screen. Your User ID will remain the same, however it will be converted to all lowercase. Your password will not be converted to our new Online Banking product. At your first login after conversion you will use the last four of your social security number as your password. You will then be prompted to change your password.
2. Enter your User ID in all lowercase in the Username field on the Online Banking tab within the Online Banking Login box. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number as your Password. Click Login and accept the Terms and Conditions. You will then be prompted to change your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least 1 uppercase letter; 1 lower case letter; 1 number and 1 special character.
4. You will be prompted to enter Security Questions and answers. Click Submit when completed.
5. You will then see a prompt to enroll in e-statements. Accounts you have enrolled in e-statements will state the Delivery Method as eStatements. You must read the electronic statements terms and conditions before you can accept and continue your enrollment. When finished, enter the 4-digit confirmation code found on the last page of the terms and conditions in the Confirmation code box. Click accept and you will be at your Home screen with all of your accounts listed.
Bill Pay customers: Your Bill Pay account is not changing. You will be able to click on the Bill Pay link within Online Banking and access your payees and payment history.
