If you have not had three or more unsuccessful login attempts:
Enter your online banking username in the User ID box and click login. You may have to answer security questions if your computer is set to “public computer”.
Click forgot password on the next screen.
You should receive an email with a temporary password (the email will be sent to the email address you signed up for online banking with). If you do not see it in your inbox try checking your junk mail.
You will have 20 minutes from the time you receive the temporary password to change it.
